When you refer someone to CBD Mall, you’ll get 2,500 rewards points ($25 value) once they create an account and make a purchase of $50 or more. For every 5 people referred who have made purchases reaching or exceeding the $50 threshold, you’ll get an extra 2,500 points for a total of $150 in rewards points!

To refer someone to CBD Mall, go to to your account and click on the Rewards tab.

There, you’ll find an option to enter any email address you’d like. Click “Invite” after adding all email addresses and we’ll take it from there!

They’ll receive an email with an invitation to join our reward program (and a 60% OFF coupon to use on their first purchase!). There are no limits to the number of referrals and rewards. You can refer as many people as you want! ∂

You'll receive 2,500 reward points once the person you referred signs up using your link and makes a purchase of over $50.

When you access the Rewards page through your Account, there's an option to invite a friend by entering their email address. After entering the email and clicking 'Invite,' an email will be sent to your friend inviting them to join CBD Mall. Your friend simply needs to set up their account and make a purchase of at least $50. Once they do, you'll receive an email notifying you that you've earned 2,500 points!

If your referee made a purchase but you haven’t gotten the rewards points, there could be a few reasons why:

1. Their order hasn’t shipped.
2. They didn’t spend $50 or more.
3. They didn’t use your referral code during checkout.

If the person you referred made a $50+ order, used your code, and has already gotten their order shipped, please contact customer support for further assistance. 

Be sure to ask your referee to check their spam inbox. If the email isn't there either, you can find your referral code on your account under the Rewards tab. You can share this code manually and all your referee needs to do is use it during checkout to get you your points!

Nope! You can refer as many people as you want. For every person you refer, you'll get 2,500 points ($25 value), and for every 5 people that join and purchase using your code, you'll get an extra 2,500 points. That's 15,000 points, or $150!

To see if the person you’ve referred has already made a purchase with CBD Mall, look at the Rewards tab in your account.

There, you’ll see any rewards points you’ve gained from purchases made by your referrals. Please keep in mind that purchases made by referees may not appear immediately on your dash. They will only appear once the order has been shipped.
