A gift card is a form of payment that can be used to make purchases at CBD Mall in lieu of credit or debit cards. All you need to do is purchase a gift card and your account will then hold a balance that you or the recipient of the gift card can use on future purchases.

To see your gift card balance, check its expiration date, and find your gift card code, please visit your account's Gift Cards tab.

To purchase a gift card, you can either visit out Gift Cards page and add them to your cart like you would any other product, or if you're part of our Rewards Program, you can use your points to redeem gifts, including gift cards in various amounts!

To redeem a gift card, simply enter your gift card code in the gift card field during checkout. To find your gift card code, visit the Your Orders tab in your account or look through your email to find the code. 

Gift cards you have purchased do not expire. Free gift cards claimed from promotions or sales, however, expire within 30 days of claiming.

To check your balance, visit the Gift Cards tab on your account page. There, you'll see your active and inactive gift cards and the remaining balance of any gift cards currently active. 

You can also visit our Gift Cards Balance page and enter your unique gift card code and the email originally used to purchase the gift card.

To check whether a gift card is active or inactive, visit the Gift Cards tab in your account. There, you will find both your active and inactive gift cards.

Your active gift cards will display the original amount on the gift card, your current balance, and, if applicable, your gift card's expiration dates.

Inactive gift cards are either expired or have no remaining balance. If you think a gift card was mistakenly marked as inactive, please contact us.

No, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

No, only one gift card is allowed per order.

Absolutely. If your order total is more than your gift card balance, the remaining amount will be charged to your card. 

Yes, if your order total is less than your gift card's total available balance, you can apply the remaining balance to a later purchase.

To check a remaining balance after only using a portion of your gift card amount, check the Gift Cards tab on your account.

No, our promotions do not apply to purchasing gift cards.

Of course! You can either copy and paste your gift card code and send it to the recipient or you can forward the email we send with your gift card information. Please remember, however, that to check a gift card balance, your recipient will also need to input the email address used to purchase the gift card originally. 

For your convenience, our gift cards are only sent out virtually. All you need is the code attached to your gift card and you'll be able to use it during checkout.
