You can earn points a few different ways. This includes:

• 500 points for creating an account.
• 2,500 points for referring friends who spend more than $50 on their first purchase, and an extra 2,500 points for every 5 people referred.
• 10 points for every $1 spent at our store.
• 100 points for leaving a review. 

You can use your points to redeem gift cards and other products, or you can save your points to redeem for more significant rewards later on. Rewards start at just 2,500 points.

Signing up for our Rewards Program is simple! If you already have an account with us, you're automatically enrolled. If not, just create an account on Diamond CBD, and you're all set—no additional steps necessary.

To view your points balance, simply log into your Account and select the Rewards tab. Your dashboard will display your earned points, redeemed points, and overall Rewards Program activity. Additionally, your current points balance is always visible at the top of the Rewards tab.

Rewards points expire after 18 months.

Rewards points are credited to your Rewards dashboard immediately after the redeeming action is completed.

You'll receive 2,500 reward points once the person you referred signs up using your link and makes a purchase of over $50.

When you access the Rewards page through your Account, there's an option to invite a friend by entering their email address. After entering the email and clicking 'Invite,' an email will be sent to your friend inviting them to join CBD Mall. Your friend simply needs to set up their account and make a purchase of at least $50. Once they do, you'll receive an email notifying you that you've earned 2,500 points!

Yes! Just sign in to your account and leave a review for a product you've bought before to earn 100 rewards points. Your points will automatically be credited to your account. Remember, you will only earn points for reviews on products you've purchased while logged in to your account.

No, once points are used to redeem a reward, they cannot be returned to a member's account. All rewards redeemed are considered final.
