My first 2 orders, placed online, each came 3 days later and I was very impressed with the quality and ship time. I then called with a coupon question, and spoke with a representative. She answered my question and ultimately took my 3rd order, completed over the phone. 3 days later it hadn't arrived so I checked tracking and it wasn't even processed yet. Called and received voice mail only. Been 5 days now and it's nowhere in sight. I'll remember in the future to order online instead of from an apparent ball dropper. Good thing the quality of the merchandise is what it is!
